houhuan 11402c2196 fix: 移除无用的重新加载供应商按钮,调整列表高度参数
- 设置对话框移除「重新加载供应商配置」按钮(云端同步已自动处理)
- 清理 _PROCESSOR_SERVICE 全局变量
- 列表最小高度 300→240,动态比例保持 80%
